Juffali Automotive Co. Ltd the exclusive distributor and dealer of Mercedes-Benz cars in Saudi Arabia, recently opened two new dedicated S-Class delivery centers in Jeddah and Riyadh, the first of their kind in the Middle East.
With the all new S-Class setting new standards in the world of luxury, technology and safety, it was very important for Juffali Automotive Co. to enhance one of the most important parts of purchasing a vehicle; the delivery experience.
The two centers were designed with a strong artistic statement that defines exclusivity. A unique setup was created to match the importance and iconic image of Mercedes-Benz’s flagship model. Each center has 2-3 delivery pods that are separated from one another by an oval-cocoon shaped wall. This provides each customer with feeling of privacy and exclusivity. Coupled with the design, a special team of 14 delivery specialists have been trained intensively with all the delivery etiquettes required for delivering such an important vehicle and as a result affording an S-Class customer a memorable experience. The two centers together have a capability to deliver 20 S-Class vehicles a day.
The Delivery Center’s opened their doors in mid-August 2013, and since then all customers have been taking delivery of their all new 2014 S-Class vehicles from both centers. The feedback from the customers has been highly appreciative. Safi Kobeissi, General Manager of Juffali Automotive Company, said “The All New S-Class is an experience by its self, and we wanted to even enhance that experience with a more exclusive delivery experience”.
