ADP Tourism Police distributes behavioral guideline brochures for Tourists in 12 Languages
On the occasion of Eid Al Fitr

The Tourism Police Department at Abu Dhabi Police GHQ distributed guiding brochures and leaflets in 12 different languages, to tourists and visitors to the beaches and various touristic sites in the emirate, the Eid Al Fitr Holiday. The department also deployed tourism police officers in the various touristic sites across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, particularly on Abu Dhabi Corniche ; Al Bateen Beach; and within the water park (Yas Water world) in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.
Lt Colonel Muzeed Fahd Al Uteibi, , Head of Tourism Police Section at Abu Dhabi Police GHQ, stressed the keenness to implement the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ’s strategy and achieve efficient communication; by providing citizens and visitors with all means of comfort and safety, particularly during the holidays.
He expressed his sincere congratulations to the citizens, residents and visitors on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, praying to Allah to bestow his blessings to all the Arab and Islamic Nations. Furthermore, he emphasized that the Tourism Police Section at ADP has deployed its staff members to ensure comfort and safety for tourists and visitors to the beaches and touristic sites across the emirate; to provide service and assistance to the public when needed.
Moreover, he noted that the Section works jointly with the various police sectors in ADP, notably the Capital Police Directorate and its Police stations; the Community Police Department; the Criminal Investigation Department; the Central Operations Room; and the Emergency and Public Safety Department. This is achieved through an integrated mechanism, commensurate with the nature of the cases at hand, with a view to improve the standard of services provided to the public, and ensure security and stability in the society.
Concluding, Lt Colonel Al Uteibi urged parents to keep a watchful eye on their children while enjoying the joyful spirit of this occasion at Abu Dhabi Corniche and Al Bateen Beach; stressing the need to abide by the rules and regulations of the Abu Dhabi emirate, and maintain the civilized behavior.
