Security and Ports Affairs Officers Awarded their New Ranks

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates - Friday, May 2nd 2014

Colonel Abdul Rahman Al Hammadi, Head of the Forensic Evidence Department at the Directorate General of Security and Ports Affairs decorated a number of officers with their new ranks in implementation of the ministerial resolution recently issued. It is noteworthy that the ceremony was held at the Forensic Evidence Department’s Hall.

During the ceremony, 11 officers were promoted from the rank of First Lieutenant to the rank of Captain and 17 officers were prompted form the rank of Lieutenant to the rank of First Lieutenant.

Colonel Al Hammadi congratulated the newly promoted officers and urged them to continue their hard work and exert further efforts to develop their technical capabilities and always seek the best results, and to make this promotion as an incentive towards achieving further success in police work.
