On the occasion of Eid Al Adha, a delegation from the Directorate General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs visited a number of patients at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City. The visit aims to sympathize with patients, lift their morale and congratulate them on the advent of Eid.
The delegation distributed gifts to inpatients and answered their queries with respect to the procedures adopted at the Directorate. The delegation also inquired about the patients’ health condition and exchanged cordial talks. It is noteworthy that this visit embodies the directorate’s social aspect and its continuous interaction with society.
Lieutenant Mohammed Saeed Al Kaabi of the Media and Public Relations Section stressed that this visit comes in line with the societal events and visits’ initiative launched by the Directorate General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs, and is part of the initiatives implemented at the Naturalization, Residency and Ports Affairs Sector.
The patients’ families expressed their heartfelt happiness and appreciation for this humanitarian gesture, which comforts patients, relieves their suffering, and encourages them to pursue treatment.
