The UAE Women Police Association had recently held a meeting, to discuss preparations and events of the upcoming conference, as well as to form work teams and establish the Association’s strategic plan for the year 2014.

The conference will commence with a women police march, a first-of-its-kind event in the Middle East. It will also include a women police exhibition at all police branches and sectors of the Ministry of Interior, showcasing career achievements and distinguished heroic deeds.
It is noteworthy that the winners of the UAE Women Police Awards will be honored during the conference. 7 awards have been dedicated to female staff members in the police force, namely; the Distinguished Female Employee with Disabilities Award; being the first award in this category worldwide.
