The Forensic Evidence Department, at the Directorate General of
Security and Ports Affairs of Abu Dhabi Police launched its new
website within the website of Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters
GHQ.
Colonel Abdul Rahman Al Hammadi, Head of the Forensic Evidence
Department, inaugurated the website, which represents a new method of
communication and interaction with the public, in keeping with the
Abu Dhabi Police’s strategy priorities to boost community members’
confidence in its services.
Colonel Abdul Rahman Al Hammadi emphasized that the website
represents a link between the different forensic labs across the
state. Furthermore, he pointed out to the department’s scientific
aspirations to expand the website’s services to forensic labs in GCC,
as part of the cooperation and exchange of knowledge agreement
between GCC forensic labs.
The website was developed by a technical and scientific committee
headed by Lieutenant Adel Al Sakri, Electric Tests Branch Manager at
the Fires section. The website includes different sections related to
specialized scientific topics in the field of forensic evidence and
other topics of interest to common web-browsers. The website URL is
