In collaboration with the National Health Insurance Company – Daman, the Ministry of Interior carried out a medical check-up campaign for the ministry’s employees. The campaign is part of the specialized medical program established by the ministry to help patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and obesity to improve their lifestyle and reduce their dependence on drugs.
The campaign is part of a series of programs and educational medical lectures that the ministry has endeavored to organize periodically, as per its commitment to the health and safety of its staff members, and in keeping with its firm belief that “Good health is a crown that only the sick can see”.
A number of officers, non-commissioned officers, constables, civilians, and female personnel from the various departments at the Ministry of Interior, took part in the campaign during which medical check-ups were carried out.
