Hellofood Middle East Expands its Service to Hotels

Jordan - Monday, September 1st 2014 [ME NewsWire]

hellofood, the world’s leading food delivery marketplace, is expanding its services to hotels within the Middle East. No longer limited to personal use, hotels are joining the growing number of hellofood users and are offering their guests the easy, fast, and reliable service that hellofood guarantees.

hellofood’s expansion into the hotel sector has been made possible through the support from a significant investor, iMENA, and the $60 million investment from a group of investors that was announced in August. The food delivery marketplace now provides hotels that have yet to establish room service for their guests with an option to set up accounts with hellofood and provide the ease and convenience of ordering their customers’ favorite cuisine from all of the best restaurants. Hotels will provide a menu with the available selections for their guests and place their order using the account designated for the hotel.

Beschir Hussain, CEO of hellofood Middle East, says, “This is a great opportunity for hotels and hotel guests alike. Through our app, we are able to assist hotels to improve their service by providing the guests with a variety of their favorite foods available from the city’s restaurants. So far, three hotels, two in Jordan and one in Lebanon, have joined the growing number of global establishments that are utilizing hellofood and will begin their services next week. This will no doubt have a positive impact on the satisfaction of their customers and their reviews will respectively reflect this.”

For those that are not staying in the designated hotels, orders can be placed through the app, or online at www.hellofood.jo. hellofood users choose from a variety of restaurants based upon their location, and pay upon delivery- prices are equal to the cost of ordering directly from the restaurant.
