DMS and Anghami Celebrate Two Years of Partnership

Anghami and DMS recently celebrated two years of fruitful partnership and growth. The occasion was marked with a celebration hosted on the Choueiri Group Building’s rooftop, which housed over 600 people. DMS, which serves as Choueiri Group’s digital media arm and Anghami’s strategic commercial partner, has helped to enable over 100% growth in ad revenues for the platform (2015 vs. 2014).

Anghami’s efforts over the last two years have witnessed the evolution of its commercial offering moving beyond display, which represents 45% of the market today to delivering solutions that cover audio ads, video ads and sponsorship of homepages, playlists and music releases. These innovations were tailored to satisfy rapidly growing market demands.

Looking back on their inception as well as their current standing, the Anghami team celebrated a multitude of milestones achieved on the onset of their 3rd year in business. Today, Anghami stands distinguished as MENA’s #1 music platform with 16 million users, 18,000,000 sessions per month, 300,000,000 streams per month and an average session of 30 minutes, to count a few notable achievements.
