Naturalization and Residency Prosecution and Abu Dhabi Residency to Streamline Customers’ Procedures

The Naturalization and Residency Prosecution in Abu Dhabi discussed means to promote cooperation with the Directorate General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi, as well as ways to streamline customers’ procedures in a more convenient and less time-consuming way. This step is in pursuance of the UAE Government’s vision aimed at achieving customer satisfaction (Citizens/ Residents/Visitors).   During a meeting held recently between Matar Awad Al Niyadi, Director of the Naturalization and Residency Prosecution and Colonel Salim Ali Al Qattam Al Zaabi, Director General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi, both parties underlined the importance of strengthening partnership between them due to its positive outcomes on customer service and its role in supporting efforts to achieve institutional excellence.   The meeting was attended by Colonel Yusuf Ismail Khouri, Deputy Director General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi; Colonel Saeed Al Shamesi, Head of the Information and Follow-up Department; as well as a number of officers and officials from the Naturalization and Residency Prosecution.
