The
Ministry of Interior discussed a plan for Emiratisation and
habilitation of the educational and training cadres, and the project of
developing the training process at the ministry. This demonstrates the
attention the ministry is continuously paying to adopt innovation in
order to augment security and police work to its highest levels.
The
Permanent Higher Committee for Human Resources held its 8th meeting of
2013 at the ministry. Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Assistant
Undersecretary of the Ministry of the Interior for Resources and Support
Services, headed the meeting with the presence of all the members.
The
seventh meeting report of the Permanent Higher Committee for Human
Resources was decided. The meeting discussions also included the project
of developing the unified curriculum for the basic preparation of
novice non-commissioned officers and personnel attending training
programs at police academies.
Decisions and recommendations of
the Permanent Higher Committee regarding topics raised during the
previous meeting were also discussed. Some of these topics were the
proposed policies for human resources, a work plan for human resources
policies, and other points listed on the meeting report.
