announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire AIRCOM
International, a leading network design and optimization software and
solutions provider. The combined company will serve a global customer
base of over 300 communication service provider customers across more
than 100 countries from its office locations in over 15 countries.

planning, optimization and mobile performance management. AIRCOM’s
