Aeroports de Paris Acts on Some of the Suggestions it Has Received and Launches an English-Language Version of its Participatory Space

Paris, Thursday, November 18th 2010 [ME NewsWire]:
(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Two months after the launch of the participatory space dites-nous1, which gathers passengers' opinions on the subject of service quality, Aéroports de Paris (Paris:ADP) (Pink Sheets:AEOPF), announces it will shortly be providing new services in the Paris airports and launches an English-language version of the site.

Since its launch on 25 August, almost a thousand users have shared with Aéroports de Paris their ideas for the upgrading of service quality. Some of the most popular ones are already being attended to.

Suggestions of dites-nous users currently being acted on:
  • setting up drinking fountains in the terminals
  • creating hotel rooms in the transit area at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport
  • renovating the car parks
  • creating a personalized welcome service
  • improving sound ambiance in the terminals
  • posting security checkpoints wait times.

Some suggestions are simple and easy to implement, while others require heavier investment and will require more time to come through, such as the hotel project in the transit area.

"Many passengers, particularly those in transit, have asked us to give them possibility of having access to hotel rooms in the airside area. This type of project was already under study. We are therefore going to develop this hotel project and we hope to open it in 2012," declared François Rubichon, Aéroports de Paris Deputy CEO.

Moreover, to supplement its www.ditesnous.fr website, Aéroports de Paris is launching a version for English-speaking customers. Passengers from all over the world will be able to share with Aéroports de Paris their suggestions and ideas to help improve their airport experience.

To do so, they need to go to ditesnous.fr website or m.ditesnous.fr mobile site, using if necessary the free-access PC in Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly airport boarding lounges.

In every "Atlanteam" work area, passengers will find a free access PC connected to the www.ditesnous.fr website and easily identifiable thanks to the signs created for the occasion.
