The Central Operations Department at the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters recently honored five distinguished employees who received the 17th edition of the Ideal Employee Award, distributed by the Employees Performance Appraisal Department. .
Major General Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Director General of Central Operations at Abu Dhabi Police, gave a speech at the ceremony and emphasized the police leadership’s interest in encouraging distinguished employees and creating a positive competitive environment to improve performance and instill the culture of excellence. He also pointed out that the Ideal Employee Award fosters work loyalty, encourages employees to put in additional efforts to become role models for their colleagues to follow and increase their efforts and improve their work.
Encouraging them to maintain continuous excellence and innovation, Major General Al Raisi presented the Ideal Employee Medals and certificates of appreciation to the honorees at his office. He also praised their competence, efforts, loyalty, and the best practices they demonstrated when fulfilling their duties skillfully. He wished them luck and success.
For his part, Major Mohamed Hasan Al Bloushi, Chief of the Work Incentives Section at the Employee Performance Appraisal Department, explained that the Ideal Employee Award aims to encourage healthy competition among employees in the various work fields. This spirit of competition improves creativity while innovation increases the efficiency of performance, modernization, and excellence. He also expressed his gratitude to the police leadership for their endless care and support for excellence.
The honored employees expressed their appreciation and pride for receiving the awards, vowing to maintain this excellence.
Captain Nasser Abdullah Al Saadi was awarded the Best Officer in the Administrative Field Award, Captain Ahmed Mohammed bin Hadi was awarded the Best Officer in Supervising Field Award, while Lieutenant Hassan Abdullah Al Hammadi was given the Best Officer in the Technical Field Award, Chief Manger Maryam Abdullah Al Ka’bi was given the Best Manager Award, and civilian Nader Ibrahim Al Essa was given the Best Civilian Employee Award.
