The Technical Training Department at the MOI Electronics and
Telecommunications Services Department celebrated the graduation of
two training courses, namely; the “Motivation Methods and Job
Satisfaction Assessment” course; and the “Balanced Scorecard” course.
The courses were organized by the department, with the participation
of 44 male and female officers, non-commissioned officers, civilians,
staff members from the various departments and directorates at the
Ministry.
The ceremony was attended by Colonel Ahmed Salah Mireich, Head of the
Technical Support Department; Lt. Colonel Issa Ahmed Jassim, Acting
Chief of the Technical Training section; and a number of officers
from the Directorate General of Electronics and Telecommunications
Services.
Colonel Mireich congratulated the graduates; urging them to pursue
further academic attainment and to redouble the efforts to improve
their work. He also stressed the police leadership’s keenness to
continuously organize such courses that aim to raise the efficiency
of all MoI’s staff, improve their performance, and upgrade police
work. At the end of the ceremony, Colonel Mireich wished the
graduates further success and handed them their certificates.
