Al Kutbi Awards ADP Officer with his New Rank

Major General Staff Dr. Obeid Al Kutbi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Abu Dhabi Police, awarded Captain Qayed Ali Hussein Al Mesaabi, from the Office of the Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Abu Dhabi Police, with his new rank. The officer was promoted in accordance with the Ministerial Decree No. 440 for the year 2013.
In his address on the occasion, Al Kutbi said that the Abu Dhabi Police staff members are all distinguished and capable of assuming the burdens and the increasing security responsibilities of the police force. He also urged them to redouble the efforts and dedication, so as to improve police work.
Concluding, he praised the development attained in the work mechanisms of action and its flexibility. He also lauded the officer’s efforts in performing his entrusted duties; stressing that this promotion reflects the attention dedicated by the higher leadership to all community members. It also represents an appreciation for their continuous efforts and commitment to preserve security and stability and maintain national gains.
