The
Ministry of Interior’s Organizing Committee of the International
Conference on Security Challenges held in conjunction with the
International Security, Safety and National Resilience exhibition and
conference “ISNR 2014”, continued its meetings to discuss the scientific
program, schedule and work papers to be submitted by specialists in the
field of National Security, Safety and Resilience. The Exhibition and
Conference, organized by the Ministry of the Interior in cooperation
with REED Exhibitions, will be held in Abu Dhabi from April 1-3, 2014.
Brigadier
Saeed Salim Al Henki, Director General of Finance and Support Services
at the Ministry of Interior and Chairman of the Committee headed the
meeting held in his office, in the presence of all members of the
Committee.
During the meeting, a number of topics on the agenda
were reviewed, notably assigning members to communicate with concerned
entities with respect to combating crime; and reviewing the Conference’s
scientific material to include prevention and safety requirements from
experts and specialists inside and outside the country. This aims to
ensure the best work papers during the International Conference on
Security Challenges, in addition to choosing the best speakers, so as to
achieve the ultimate objectives of the conference. Among these
objectives, providing quality services to the public, and leveraging the
conference’s results at the Government and public levels.
In its
upcoming meeting, the Committee will finalize the schedule and work
papers for submission and approval by the Chairman of the Organizing
Committee of the Exhibition and Conference.
