The
Al Ain Police Directorate urged its staff members to redouble the
efforts to enhance the standard of distinguished services provided to
the public; in pursuance of the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ’s strategy. It also
comes in line with the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ’s vision to ensure that the
Emirate of Abu Dhabi remains a community enjoying security and safety,
by providing high-quality police services to citizens, residents and
visitors of the emirate.
For this end, Colonel Mohammad Suhail Al
Rashidi, Acting Director General of the Al Ain Police Directorate,
visited the various departments and branches at the directorate to
inspect the workflow. The visit included; Public Relations, Finance and
Administration, Investigation and Planning, Studies, and Security
Management departments. During the visit, Al Rashidi stressed the
importance of observing the police leadership’s directives, and pursuing
further excellence in police work, so as to reflect positively on
society.
During his visit, Al Rashidi reviewed the operational
mechanisms to ensure a smooth workflow at the directorate. He also met
the heads of sections, who gave him an overview of the manpower budget
and job motivation. He also reviewed the various environment, health and
safety procedures established by Abu Dhabi Police GHQ.
It is
noteworthy that the inspection tour comes in line with the field visits
methodology adopted by the directorate to review the workflow at its
different departments, stations and branches. It aims to improve police
performance and to motivate staff members to achieve security and
stability in their areas of jurisdiction.
