BeaconMedæs, part of the Atlas Copco Group, is pleased to introduce our Magnis MSV Rotary Screw Vacuum System, offering energy-efficient service for large medical and laboratory vacuum applications.

The BeaconMedaes Magnis MSV Rotary Medical Screw Vacuum System is the ideal solution for this challenge. The system offers large, energy efficient vacuum service for medical and laboratory applications and meets both NFPA and HTM/ISO standards.

With a modern operating system featuring graphic controllers on each vacuum pump and a master unit, multiple pumps can be efficiently controlled as a single system.

This centralized approach helps both hospitals and laboratories reduce costs associated with multiple vacuum demands and provides more flexibility.

Smart control of the complete vacuum system maximizes energy savings and reduces operating costs.

Variable Speed Drive (VSD) technology matches the vacuum motor speed to the vacuum demand, ensuring vacuum level consistency, reduced noise and heat, longer machine life and greater energy efficiency.

Another key benefit of the MSV pumps is the noise level which is half of any comparable technologies. This is mostly due to the design and construction materials of the canopy as well as the utilization of a variable speed drive.

The decibel levels range is 65 decibels for the 7.5-horsepower pump up to 81 decibels for the 50-horsepower pump. The hospital facility staff see this the lower noise level as a major advantage for a vacuum pump.
