Pershing Square Holdings, Ltd. (ticker: PSH:NA) announced today that its Annual General Meeting of shareholders (AGM) will be held Wednesday, 29 April 2015 at 10 am at Royal Chambers in St. Peter Port, Guernsey. The PSH annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2014 are now available on the Company’s website, www.pershingsquareholdings.com.

At the AGM, the shareholders will consider the receipt of the annual report and the financial statements, the re-election of the Company’s five directors, the re-appointment of the Company’s auditor, and a resolution authorizing the Company to buy back shares.
