Strategic Planning Course Concludes at ADP Central Operations

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates - Friday, February 7th 2014 [ME NewsWire]

The Directorate General of Central Operations at the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters, represented by Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department, celebrated the graduation of 20 officers and Operations Room operators after completing the Operations Room Strategic Planning Course.

Colonel Ibrahim Nasser Al Shamesi, Deputy Head of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department, noted that the course aims at enhancing Business Performance Management skills and educate participants on the means to prepare and implement strategic plans and link them to administrative operations. He also reiterated the support of the police leadership to qualify its staff members and improve their skills and capacities, to better keep up with the developments in police work.

At the end of the ceremony, certificates were distributed to the graduates, in the presence of Lieutenant Colonel Mohsen Al Yafe’i, Deputy Head of the Central Operations Department; Captain Nasser Abdullah Al Sa’idi, Training Branch Manager at the Directorate General of Central Operations; lecturer and British expert, Keith Martin; and First Assistant Khaled Al Marzouqi, coordinator of the Course.
