In
two separate meetings held recently in his office, Lt. General HH
Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of
Interior r Mohammed Al Joker, Deputy Editor-in-Chief for Al Bayan
newspaper, who offered His Highness a copy of the book “The Men who
Became Heroes: from Establishment to Success.” H.H also met Ms. Moza Al
Shehhi from the Security Support Section at Abu Dhabi GHQ, who obtained
a Master of Science (M.S.) in International Business (MSIB) from Zayed
University.
The book titled “The Men who Became Heroes: from
Establishment to Success” documents the life achievements of the UAE
ruling families and their support for the sports movement and youth
sectors. The 454-page book, released on the occasion of the UAE’s 42nd
National Day, is a significant encyclopedic national document penned by
researcher and historian Mohammed Al Joker that casts light on the
instrumental role of the ruling families in supporting youth and sport
activities.
In one of its many chapters, the book celebrates the
unwavering discusses efforts of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan,
Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum, and Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Al
Maktoum (may God have mercy upon their souls) in supporting youth and
sports movements. It also delves into the generous hallmarks of His
Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE; His
Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE vice President,
Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai; His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin
Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah; and
their Highnesses, the Crown Princes, notably General HH Sheikh Mohammed
bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme
Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
The book also commends the
support dedicated by Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan,
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior to boost the sports
sector.
HH Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior praised
such documentations that serve the sports sector, wishing the author
the best of luck.
His Highness also received researcher Moza Al
Shehhi from the Security Support Section at Abu Dhabi GHQ, who obtained a
Master of Science (M.S.) in International Business (MSIB) from Zayed
University. H.H reviewed the thesis’ objectives and the researcher’s
efforts in implementing her strategic planning approach to draft a
strategic plan for the Security Support Section. During the meeting, His
Highness also reviewed the introductory pamphlet about the Section that
the researcher co-prepared, and was distributed at the Second Regional
Conference of Women Police recently held in Abu Dhabi.
His
Highness commended the researcher’s thesis, and praised her efficient
participation in drafting the strategic plan for the Security Support
Section. He also encouraged her to pursue further excellence in her work
and wished her success in her career.
Researcher Moza Al Shehhi
expressed her pride for the gracious care and support dedicated by His
Highness to enable police staff members to attain the highest academic
degrees. She emphasized that this support represents an incentive for
her to pursue a PhD degree, and redouble the efforts to develop her
work.
Both meetings were attended by Lt. Genera Saif Abdullah Al
Sha’far, Undersecretary at the Ministry of Interior; Major General
Nasser Lakhrebani Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of the Office of HH
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior; Major General Khalil
DawoodBadran, Director General of Finance and Services; and Major
General Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Director General of Central Operations at
Abu Dhabi Police. Also present were Major General Dr. Abdul Quddous
Abdul Razzaq Al Obaidly, Director General of Total Quality at Dubai
Police; Brigadier Ali Khalfan Al Dhaheri, Director - General of the
Headquarters Affairs at Abu Dhabi Police; and Colonel Saud Al Saadi,
Director of the Secretariat of the Office of His Highness the Minister
of Interior.
