Hyundai Organizes the Global Service Advisor Competition

Hyundai Motor Company has launched the Global Service Advisor Competition for all of its distributors. The competition aims to increase the performance levels of its agents’ Service Advisors by motivating them to achieve a higher degree of customer satisfaction in line with the company’s new vision: “New Thinking New Possibilities.”
Juma Al Majid Group, the sole distributor of Hyundai Motor in the UAE, represented by the After Sales Services Department, organized the first phase of this competition at Hyundai Training Centre in Dubai. Twelve of the best and most qualified Service Advisors across maintenance centers at the Group’s branches participated in the first phase to choose the Best Service Advisor. The winner will represent Juma Al Majid Group at the global competition, which will take place in October 2012 in Seoul, Korea.
Hyundai Training Center at Juma Al Majid Group trains and qualifies all employees to demonstrate the creative capacities required of its technical team. The company equips them with the best skills and latest technologies used in the car manufacturing sector in order to achieve the high service quality that it provides to customers in the UAE.
