(BUSINESS WIRE)-- HOYA Group PENTAX Medical has entered into an agreement to invest in Creo Medical Ltd., a leading electrosurgical energy devices company based in the U.K. The official documents formalizing the agreement were signed on September 10, 2015 — subject to regulatory approvals by the relevant authorities, PENTAX Medical has acquired an interest in Creo Medical Ltd. PENTAX Medical has identified endoscopic therapeutic devices as a priority area in its growth strategy, and equity participation in Creo Medical Ltd. accelerates PENTAX Medical’s expansion of their footprint in the therapeutics segment through a lineup of differentiated products.

Flexible endoscopes have been developed for use in minimally invasive treatment procedures, in combination with therapeutic devices. These scopes are gaining worldwide interest and adoption for their clinical and financial benefits, as well as in the realization of highly advanced surgeries in gastroenterology and other applications.

11 وفاة و 84 إصابة بحوادث مرورية في العيد على مستوى الدولة

توفي 11 شخصاً، وأصيب 84 آخرون بإصابات راوحت بين البسيطة والمتوسطة والبليغة في حوادث مرورية وقعت على مستوى الدولة، خلال عطلة عيد الأضحى المبارك، وفق إحصائية الإدارة العامة للتنسيق المروري في وزارة الداخلية التي أظهرت وقوع  38 حادثاً خلال الفترة من 23 إلى 26 سبتمبر الجاري .

وقال العميد غيث حسن الزعابي، مدير عام التنسيق المروري في وزارة الداخلية، إن عدم الالتزام بقواعد وأنظمة السير والمرور أدى إلى وقوع حوادث مرورية ، مؤكداً حرص إدارات المرور والدوريات في الدولة على مضاعفة جهودها للحد من تلك الحوادث، وتكثيف برامج التوعية المرورية، وتعزيز التوعية بمخاطر حوادث المرور وتجنبها، وطرق الوقاية منها، بجانب عمليات الضبط والمراقبة على الطرق.

  وحث السائقين على  الالتزام بتعليمات وإرشادات المرور، والقيادة بحرص وترك مسافة أمان كافية بين المركبات، وعدم عرقلة حركة المرور نتيجة الوقوف الخاطئ في المواقف العامة، أو إيقاف المركبة في المواقف بطريقة غير صحيحة، والحرص على عدم استخدام المواقف المخصصة لذوي الإعاقة أو الدفاع المدني أو الإسعاف والإنقاذ، حتى لا يؤدي ذلك إلى عرقلة عملها في الحالات الطارئة.

ودعا إلى التقيّد التام بقوانين وقواعد وأنظمة المرور، والالتزام بالسرعة المحددة على الطرق، لتجنيب أنفسهم وغيرهم مخاطر التعرّض للحوادث المرورية، وما ينجم عنها من إصابات وخسائر، هم في غنى عنها، وعدم استخدام أجهزة الهاتف النقال أثناء قيادة السيارة، سواء بالمحادثة أو إرسال الرسائل النصية والدردشة، التي تتسبب في تشتت ذهن السائق، وتقليل تركيزه وردة فعله بنسبة كبيرة، ما يتسبب في وقوع الحوادث المرورية.
