133.9 ألف معاملة لدفع المخالفات المرورية الكترونياً خلال عام

عبر موقع "الداخلية" الإلكتروني وتطبيقها الذكي

 بلغ عدد معاملات دفع المخالفات المرورية عبر موقع الوزارة الإلكتروني www.moi.gov.ae     وتطبيقها الذكي  UAE-MOI  ، 133 ألفاً و973 معاملة  خلال عام بالفترة  من بداية اكتوبر2014 الى نهاية سبتمبر 2015.

وأوضح المقدم  فيصل محمد الشمري،  المدير التنفيذي لبرنامج  الحكومة الذكية في  وزارة  الداخلية،  أن  المتعاملين تتوفر  لديهم   عدة قنوات   لسداد  المستحقات المرورية  دون الحاجة  إلى مراجعة  مراكز الخدمة،  وتتاح لهم  خاصية الاستعلام عن قائمة المخالفات  المرورية  المترتبة على المركبة  او الملف المروري  الخاص بالأفراد او الشركات، بعد ما تم  ربط  المخالفة  المرورية الخاصة بتجاوز  الرادارات مع النظام، بحيث  يمكن للمتعاملين  من خلال  موقع الوزارة  الالكتروني وتطبيقها الذكي  استعراض  الصورة  الملتقطة  من الرادار؛  والتأكد  من طبيعة المخالفة  وتوقيتها  ومكان ارتكابها .

 واضاف  أنه  بإمكانهم ايضاً استخدام خاصية  الدفع الإلكتروني  بسهولة وأمان  من خلال  البطاقات  المعتمدة من البنوك؛  والمفعلة  بخاصية الدفع  عبر الانترنت، حيث يدعم  النظام الإلكتروني سواء في  موقع الوزارة  الالكتروني  أو عبر  تطبيقها  للهواتف الذكية   بطاقات  مثل  الـ "فيزا " ، و"الماسترد كارد"، و"الدرهم  الإلكتروني" ، مشيراً  إلى  توفير خاصية  الاشعارات  الذكية  من خلال التطبيق  الذكي للوزارة UAE-MOI   لتعريف المتعامل  أو قائد  المركبة "مستخدم التطبيق" بالمخالفة  المرتكبة  فور  تسجيلها على الأنظمة .

و  حول  الفترة  الزمنية  التي  يتم  من خلالها تسجيل  المخالفات  الملتقطة بالرادار في  نظام  المرور والترخيص  الاتحادي  ، ذكر الشمري  أنها   تتراوح  من يوم  إلى  ثلاثة  أيام  حسب الإمارة، مع الوضع في  الاعتبار  بأن  بعض  أنواع المخالفات  المرورية  لا يمكن  دفعها  من  خلال  الخدمات  الإلكترونية  والذكية؛  بل تستوجب  الحضور شخصياً  إلى  مركز الخدمة لتسديدها.

 ولفت المدير التنفيذي لبرنامج الحكومة الذكية في  وزارة  الداخلية  إلى أنه في حال نقل  المقيمين  للإقامة  يتوجب  عليهم  دفع المخالفات  المرورية  المستحقة،  وذلك لأن النظام  الالكتروني  او الذكي  لن يمكنهم  من  تلقي  الخدمة  و اتمام  الإجراء  ما لم يقوموا  بسداد المخالفات كمتطلب سابق لإتمام  نقل الإقامة  من مكان عمل  إلى آخر .

ودعا الشمري  جمهور المتعاملين  إلى الاستفادة من مختلف  الخدمات  التي تقدمها الوزارة  على  موقعها الإلكتروني  أو التطبيق الذكي،  من خلال  التسجيل  في  الخدمات الإلكترونية  والذكية  باستخدام  بطاقة الهوية  الإماراتية، والتي تعتمد  على آلية بسيطة  وتحقق  معايير  أمن البيانات  والمعلومات،  حاثاً  إياهم   على  ضرورة  الوعي  بأهمية أمن المعلومات  الخاصة بهم  وكلمات المرور  السرية  للدخول  إلى  استخدام الخدمات ،  والحرص على اختيار  كلمات مرور  دقيقة  وصعبة  في ذات الوقت  تفادياً  للوقوع  في ايدي  مخترقي  البيانات  الذين  قد يسيئون  استخدام تلك  المعلومات السرية في  جرائمهم.

Over 133,900 eTransactions for Traffic Fines in a Year

In one year, beginning October 2014 through the end of September 2015, a total number of 133,973 fine payment transactions have been conducted via the Ministry of Interior’s smart app, UAE-MOI, and its website, www.moi.gov.ae.

“Customers have several channels to pay their traffic obligations without needing to visit a service center,” said Lt. Colonel Faisal Mohammed Al Shimmari,

He added that customers can also utilize the ePayment feature to safely and securely pay through bank accredited cards, empowered by the online payment option, as the system on the website and smartphones application supports cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and e-Dirham. He pointed that the Ministry’s smart application UAE-MOI is equipped with smart notification feature, which will notify the customer or the driver of the vehicle, the app user, about the violation once it has been recorded on the systems.

Lt. Colonel Al Shimmari also noted that the recording time of the speeding violation captured by radars on the Federal Traffic and Licensing System is between 1 – 3 days depending on the emirate; taking into consideration that some traffic fines cannot be paid through these electronic and smart services, and require a visit to a service center.

The Executive Director of the Smart Government Program at the Ministry of Interior pointed out that for residents who wish to transfer their residency, they must first pay their traffic fines, as the electronic or smart system will not allow them to finalize the residency transfer from one job to another until all fines have been paid.

Lt. Col. Al Shimmari urged the customers to utilize the various services presented by the Ministry on its website or smart application by registering in the smart and eServices using their Emirates ID, which uses a simple mechanism and complies with the data and information security standards. He called upon the customers to become aware of the importance around information security and to keep their passwords and login information secret. “Take care when choosing your password, make sure it is both accurate and difficult,” he said; warning of the dangers that arise if this information falls into the wrong hands or is hacked by those who use such confidential information for criminal activity.

Multiple Services in the MoI’s Smart Application

The Ministry of Interior is keen to provide various services through its UAE-MOI smart app across multiple platforms including Apple, Android, Blackberry, and Windows; as well as its connection to a number of partners in the UAE. The application also connects to insurance and vehicle testing companies and is fully integrated with the Ministry’s website. To avail the services, customers need only to provide the same username and password via any platform. Following a one-time registration via the website or smart app, the customers are able to access the Ministry’s services through all available channels.
