Under
the patronage of HH Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, National Security
Advisor and Vice Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council, Lt. General
HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister
of Interior, will inaugurate the activities of the International
Exhibition for Security and National Resilience (ISNR Abu Dhabi 2014)
tomorrow morning, “Tuesday.” Organized by the Ministry of Interior, in
collaboration with Reed Exhibitions-Middle East, the ISNR Abu Dhabi 2014
will be held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Center (ADNEC) from
April 1st to April 3rd.
The
6th edition of the ISNR Exhibition includes various pavilions that are
specialized with national security and resilience, information security
and critical facilities security. Additionally, the exhibition will
include two specialized exhibitions namely: Fire & Emergency Middle
East (FEME), and Occupational Safety and Health Middle East (OSH ME),
with the attendance and participation of hundreds of exhibitors and the
best experts specializing in the fields of security, safety and
emergency from governmental and semi-governmental entities, as well as
private sectors.
Major
General Staff Dr. Obeid Al Kutbi, Chairman of the Higher Organizing
Committee of the ISNR Abu Dhabi 2014 said: “During the planning stage of
this edition, we were keen to maintain the all-inclusive characteristic
of the exhibition; it will cover all security, safety, and
emergency-related fields under one umbrella, with the participation of
the best local, regional, and international companies. The exhibitors
will showcase their most recent technologies, and specialized equipment
that serve the security sectors. The exhibition will also feature the
attendance of an elite group of experts, specialists, and security
concerned personnel who will exchange their experiences and thoughts to
deepen coordination and collaboration aspects in order to achieve
security and stability in the region.”

exhibition events’ agenda and the new products that will be displayed,
in addition to the intended discussion sessions and workshops, will all
present many opportunities that have the ability to enhance experiences
and strategies,” added Major General Staff Al Kutbi. “These events also
present the ideal venues to offer advanced technologies based products
and works to local and international buyers.”
Furthermore,
Major General Staff Al Kutbi revealed that this edition of the
exhibition will witness the launch of almost 78 new products of machines
and equipment by the exhibiting entities and companies, in addition to
the 62% increase in the event’s square area compared to the 2012
edition.
“Nearly
433 exhibitors are participating in the exhibition, with 15,000
visitors including senior security, safety, and emergency experts and
specialists coming from 40 countries from around the world. The total
exhibition area is about 27,000 square-meters.” Major General Staff Al
Kutbi noted.
It
is worth mentioning that the International Exhibition for Security and
National Resilience (ISNR Abu Dhabi 2014) is a prominent event on the
calendar for global security and safety events in the MENA region. It
provides public and private sector decision-makers with the most recent
concepts and technologies in the fields of security and protection of
critical properties and facilities, in addition to the readiness and
response to emergencies and risk prevention.
