Major General Nasser Lakhrebani Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of the Office of HH Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, honored outstanding staff members from the Special Security Forces General Headquarters at the Ministry of Interior and the Fujairah Police. The honorees have demonstrated outstanding performance in policing. It is worth mentioning that honoring these officers is in line with the ministry’s keenness to motivate its staff members to exert further efforts to achieve excellence.
The Employees Recognition Committee selected the honorees on the basis of their achievements in their respective fields of work. The honorees received their Medal of Security Cooperation, appreciation certificates, and commemorative gifts for their work.
In a speech delivered on Tuesday to mark the occasion, Major General Al Nuaimi stressed that the leadership dedicates great attention to the staff members of the Ministry of Interior and various police general headquarters. “It strives to encourage police officers, and provide them with components that allow them to exert further efforts in order to achieve excellence,” said Major General Al Nuaimi.
Major General Al Nuaimi expressed his thanks and appreciation to the honorees. He urged them to pursue excellence to contribute to safeguarding the Ministry of Interior’s achievements in order to be on par with its counterparts worldwide. Furthermore, he praised the efforts of the honorees to develop performance so as to reach the highest standards. “This embodies the Ministry of Interior’s strategy to motivate and encourage all of the police organization’s staff members,” concluded Major General Al Nuaimi.
For his part, Brigadier Omair Al Muhairi, Deputy Director of Police Operations at Abu Dhabi Police and Chairman of the Employees Recognition Committee, emphasized that selecting and honoring distinguished staff members is in line with the police leadership’s vision of honoring outstanding staff members, in recognition of their efforts in performing the tasks and duties assigned to them, and their contributions to improving police work. Brigadier Al Muhairi called on the honorees and all police officers to exert further efforts to improve police work.
Attending the ceremony that took place at the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters were Brigadier Omair Al Muhairi; Colonel Abdul Hakim Al Suwaidi, Head of the Abu Dhabi Police Cases Affairs Department at the General Secretariat of the Office of H.H Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Interior; and Colonel Saud Al Saadi, Director of the Secretariat of the Office of His Highness the Minister of Interior, along with members of the Employees Recognition Committee and a number of officers. The attendees took commemorative pictures with the honorees.
